CFODC Training Classes in partnership with the Eustis Parks and Rec Department

Due to the Canine Influenza outbreak we are suspending our training classes for the month of June. We anticipate starting classes in July. Stay tuned for updates. Keep your dogs safe.

The Central Florida Obedience Dog Club purpose is: 

  • To promote the training of dogs
  • Dissemination of knowledge regarding obedience training
  • To conduct classes for the training of all dogs and their handlers
  • To encourage and cooperate with individuals and other groups with similar purposes
  • Encourage the training of judges
  • To hold and support all AKC events including, but not limited to, obedience trials, tracking tests, agility trials, under the rules and regulations fo the American Kennel Club
  • To promote cooperation and good sportsmanship among its members in the training and exhibition of dogs

Members of our club participate in Agility, Rally, and Obedience events. We hold Rally and Obedience Trials every year in March. If you are interested in performance events with your dog, come to one of our meetings and learn more. Club meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month, at the 448 Community Clubhouse, 16024 CR 448, Tavares, FL.
